Sony Remasters Heading Your Way

Since the launch of the PlayStation 4 there are having a tremendous amount of remasters, and recently the Uncharted: Nathan Drake Collection has been announced earlier this year.

The SCEE boss Jim Ryan has hinted that there will be more ports coming this way, stating that the a lot of PS4 owners have not played a previous generation exclusive such as Uncharted as they came from different consoles such as the Xbox 360 or even from the Nintendo line.

“We know that there are lots of PS4 owners that have either never played games before or used to have an Xbox or a Nintendo who have never had the chance to play something like the Uncharted trilogy,” he said. “But it has to be a great game if we’re going to go to the trouble of re-mastering. I can’t talk specifically, but I think that it’s very likely that there’ll be more.”

But we believe it’s just an easy way to put out a game, grab some cash with very little effort. I believe people would like to play newer IPs instead of remakes; such as Horizon, it’s a game we all want to play, it’s new, it’s unique, and it’s open-world.
